Trades and conditions for individuals
Rates:
Prices in Czk. Price includes breakfast, VAT and local fees. If any of the fees is to be grossed up, the face amount will be higher by the difference. In case of grossing up some taxes anf fees during the contract, the prices will be higher by the difference. There might be a additional fee added by a valid rate schedule of company České spořitelny, a.s., while paying in Euro.
Discounts for children:
Children to 6 years of age are rated free, while staying in their parents´s room, including breakfast, extra bed is available in accordance of clients request, 50% discount for children in 6-13 years.
Car parking, motorcycle:
210,- Czk/day.
Cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation under 24 hours before arrival to day of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of payment of the first day of stay.
Check-in:
Check-in is possible always every day since 2 p.m. In case of earlier arrival, please inform hotel reception not longer than a day ahead.
Check-out:
Check-out is due to 11 a.m., later Check-out only on request (may not be allowed).
Reservation guarantee:
Reserved accomodation is held by the Hotel until 6 p.m. in the day of arrival. Otherwise the original guest loses his reservation and the accomodation is available for rental. Please inform us in case of expected late arrival at least 1 day ahead. Credit card number (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diner Club) must be present on the order of reservation, to ensure paying a relevant cancellation fee by „NO SHOW" method.
Responsibility for damage:
Responsibility for damage created on any belongings of company HOTEL U MĚSTA VÍDNĚ (CK), a.s., as well as their steal, destruction and loss is tied to customer. Company HOTEL U MĚSTA VÍDNĚ (CK), a.s. is authorized to execute a replacement caused by damage of not arriving („NO SHOW"), and by means of credit card (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club), which number has been provided by customer on the order of reservation. Customer is authorized to claim a complaint in 15 days since the date of damage.
Arbitrator:
All arguments regarding this treaty will be taken in consideration and decided in Arbitratorial court by Economical cabinet of Czech Republic and Agriculturial cabinet of Czech Republic by its Order and Rules and one appointed chairman of the commitee.
