CHECK-IN & ANNOUNCING YOUR ARRIVAL
Your room will be prepared from 3:00 p.m. If you intend to arrive earlier, please contact reception in advance.
CHECK-OUT & DEPARTURE
We ask you to leave the room by 2:00 p.m.. If you need to stay longer, please ask the reception staff. An extension of your stay is possible for a fee.

Guarded parking is available on the Eggenberg brewery parking space which is situated 200 from our hotel. The reception staff will be glad to help you with other parking possibilities.

Safety deposit box is located in a cabinet in your room. The hotel does not take any responsibility for items stored in the safety deposit box in the room. Instructions how to use the safe are available inside the safe.

You can relax in our sauna, located in the ground floor near the reception desk. Please contact reception if you wish to use it.

TOWELS
We can improve the environment together! Let’s conserve both water and soap. If you leave used towels in the bathtub or on the floor, we will replace it with a clean one. If you wish to continue using the same towel, please hang it on the hanger.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, please follow the evacuation map. Please kindly take your time to check the location of nearest emergency exit on the evacuation map located in your room.
Leave the room immediately. Take your room key-card with you.
Use the escape routes to go downstairs (the map is located on the room door).
Do not use the elevators.
Go to the evacuation point (established at the emergency exit).
Follow the instructions of the hotel staff.
If you are not able to leave the room:
Call reception immediately!
Remain on the spot and wait for emergency rescue to arrive.
